Why should I sign up to online coaching?
The main reason is that most people are too busy to learn about what really works. Which isn't helped by the fact that mainstream advice is still quite poor in the sense that it basically says "eat less, do more". Which yes, in theory does make sense but we are human beings. One size does not fit all, we believe the secret to success is finding out what works, and is sustainable long term for YOU as an individual.
Most people will try crash dieting, whether it be for an event or a holiday. what happens is usually the individual will lose weight only to gain it back along with extra once they begin to eat normally again. This may sound familiar to you and if it is, it doesn't have to be the case. This time you can achieve your goals and stay looking and feeling how you want to.
People generally do better when someone is supporting them and holding them accountable. Our lead coach Shaun will be there every step of the way.
How does it work?
Once you have purchased your plan you will receive an email invite to join our App. You will then be invited to fill out a questionnaire which will allow us to find out more about you, your goals and what works and doesn't work for you to build up a report of your health and fitness data. This may include recording your weight or measurements (whichever works best for you.)
